Acceptable Use Policy

Use the store to browse, plan and purchase physical outdoor tableware, manage genuine membership, request event quantities and obtain product support. Provide accurate, necessary information and follow product labels and applicable outdoor venue rules.

• Using listings, accounts, forms or event orders to sell, broker, purchase on behalf of others or promote alcohol.
• Using the platform for grills, charcoal, fuel, fire starters, open flames or other combustion products.
• Fraud, payment abuse, chargeback misuse, identity theft, scraping that harms service, malware or unauthorised access.
• Submitting unlawful, threatening, discriminatory, sexual, medical or sensitive personal content.
• Misrepresenting product origin, safety, certification or affiliation.

Product names and designs are original or generic. Do not upload or request third-party trademarks, copyrighted characters, celebrity likenesses, team marks, entertainment properties or counterfeit designs through event-order or support forms. You must have rights to any material you send.

Ordinary checkout is for consumer quantities. Contact the event-order team for group use. Written approval is required before representing yourself as a reseller; approval never permits relabelling safety information or making unsupported food-contact claims.

Do not expose products to flame or direct heat, use containers beyond label temperatures, allow unsupervised child use of a hot flask, or leave small seals, clips and fittings with children under 3. Insulated carriers are not a substitute for safe food handling.

We may limit, suspend or close access, reject an order, preserve evidence and report unlawful activity when reasonably necessary. We consider severity, intent, history and consumer rights. Contact support if you believe a decision is mistaken.
